There was a crash or something strange happened, can you fix it?

If you experience some strange behavior, often the best way to remedy the situation is to close the software and log back in.

If this does not work, please see the corrupted patch article for additional suggestions.

If you are prompted to send crash reports to the developers, please submit them so our engineering team can look into the issue.


If you experience any issues that prevent you from using the software, or that haven't been addressed in our Knowledge Base, please submit a ticket.
