If your version of VirBELA appears corrupted, or the the patching system reports repeated failures you should clear all previous downloads and caches.
To do this you must re-download the VirBELA installer from your organization's (e.g. eXp, Voila) installation link.
Once the installer opens, check the box labeled "Remove any existing downloads and caches"
To fix the issue you must delete a folder named ~/Library/Virbela. The Library folder is hidden from view in the regular Finder window, so you must search for it.
Open the Finder application
Open the "Go" dropdown menu and select "Go to folder"
Type in ~/Library and press "Go"
Search through the folders and delete any folder that begins with "Virbela"
Note: If you are running a software with a different name that is powered by Virbela, replace "Virbela" with the name of your world.
ex. for eXp World, delete the folder named "eXpWorld"
Re-download the VirBELA installer from your organization's (e.g. eXp, Voila) installation link and re-install.
